Temperature Control Units

This non-contact radiation thermometer (minimum φ0.25mm) measures the temperature of the soldering point in real time.

The well-designed sensor allows for easy placement and accurate readings for iron tips. It achieves stable measurement of temperature within seconds.

Pre-heaters heat the solder wire and internal flux to help prevent solder balls and spattering, reduce tact/cycle time, and improve quality in both lead-free and tin/lead applications, especially when using large-diameter wire.
